Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI-Solution's platform, services, applications, and website (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI-Solution.

Effective date: May 13, 2026. By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Account Rules

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password
• Notify us immediately at security@ai-solution.app of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Maintain only one personal account (unless explicitly authorised otherwise)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, with prior notice.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may use AI-Solution only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to engage in any illegal activity or facilitate harm to others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission
• Use the AI features to generate content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Services in a way that overloads, damages, or impairs our infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our prior written consent

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

Intellectual Property

Our IP

AI-Solution and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or brand elements without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you input into AI-Solution. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated content produced through your use of the Services is provided for informational and personal productivity purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before acting on it, particularly for medical, legal, or financial matters.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI-Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities — in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account settings page or by contacting support@ai-solution.app. Upon closure, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access with reasonable notice (except in cases of serious breach, fraud, or legal requirement, where immediate termination applies). Upon termination, you lose the right to access the Services, but all provisions of these Terms that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

GDPR & Regulatory Compliance

AI-Solution is committed to compliance with all applicable data protection regulations. Our primary compliance framework includes:

• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Regulation (EU) 2016/679
• UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018
• ePrivacy Directive — as implemented in applicable member states
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments

Data Protection Officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required under GDPR Article 37. You may contact our DPO at dpo@ai-solution.app for any data protection matters.

Data Processing Agreement

If you use AI-Solution in a business or professional capacity and process personal data of third parties through our platform, you may require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as required by GDPR Article 28. To request a DPA, contact legal@ai-solution.app.

Our standard DPA covers:

• Subject matter, duration, nature, and purpose of processing
• Type of personal data and categories of data subjects
• Sub-processor list and notification obligations
• Technical and organisational security measures
• Data breach notification procedures
• Data subject rights assistance obligations

International Data Transfers

AI-Solution primarily processes data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred outside the EEA (for example, to sub-processors in the United States), we ensure adequate protection through:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — the EU Commission's approved model clauses (2021 version)
• EU-US Data Privacy Framework — where applicable sub-processors are certified
• Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) for high-risk transfers
